This furniture has been purposely distressed to achieve a comfortable warm look. Each piece will have knots, knotholes, splits and uneven rubbed edges. These are not product defects, but distressing purposely integrated in the design of the furniture, giving each piece of furniture character with beauty. It is this distressing that makes our furniture collection unique.

Every tree grows in its natural habitat with its own character. Mother nature gives us each tree with differences in the wood grain and color. Since these differences in the natural wood color and grain do affect the finish, it is impossible to guarantee an exact match between two different pieces of wood even though identical finishing processes are used.

These differences in wood finishes are not defects but variations that make each piece of furniture unique and distinctive.
