Order Cancellations
Ancient Visions will do everything possible to accommodate customer order cancellations.
Generally orders cannot be cancelled or changed after the 3 day processing period has passed.
Any expenses incurred by Ancient Visions attributed to an unauthorized cancellation or change will be billed directly to the customer.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed. It is the responsibility of the customer to receive the merchandise.

Returns / Exchanges / Damaged Merchandise
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in the original, unused condition within 5 days of delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Used items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
A 20% re-stocking fee from the order total amount will be applied to all returns except damaged orders.
If you decide to exchange the merchandise, or use the refund as a Web-Credit towards any future purchase, the restocking fee will be waived.
We do not accept returns on custom orders or special request merchandise.
Please contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) if you need to return an item.
Do not send package back without notifying us first.
Items received Freight Collect will not be accepted and no credit will be given.
All shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
Once we receive the return item, we will notify you by email.
All damaged merchandise must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise.
We encourage customers to check the merchandise immediately upon arrival.
